1. FOCUS
Focus on what you are reading, there are effective methods:
- Break the topic into small pieces and then group them all together.
- The tank approach i.e. consolidate what you have read.
- Keywords, skim single words that will make you remember the topic.
- Ask yourself questions and search for the answers to those questions in the text you are studying.
2. DIFFUSION
It allows the mind when working in the background to find solutions, it happens when we take breaks in the middle of studying like the tomato method
3. GOALS
Set short-term goals by writing down how long you think it would take, like 1 tomato or 25 minutes.
4. SLEEP
Sleep well and at the right hours
5. REPROCESSING
Make diagrams or mind maps, explain to someone pretending they are a 4 year old
6. EXERCISE
Test yourself by testing yourself that you understand something
7. COMPARISON AND EXPLANATION
Compare with equal people and understand together what is right or wrong
8. WHITE PAPER
Near you put a sheet and write those things that come to mind when you are concentrated, the things you have written will help you to remember what you have to do next.
